Live Tracking & Background Location

Our Application collects Precise Location Data to support advanced field sales operations and fleet management. This data is used for:

Transparency & Control: Location data is collected in the background even when the app is closed or not in use, but only when the user explicitly starts the "Work Session/GPS Tracking" mode at the beginning of their shift. To ensure the user is always aware, a persistent notification is displayed in the Android status bar as long as tracking is active. The user can stop this collection at any time by ending their work session.

Camera Access & Photos

We access your device's Camera for:

Device IDs & Notifications

We collect Device IDs (such as push notification tokens) exclusively to send essential administrative alerts, order updates, and system notifications directly to your device.

Customer Data (Third-Party Information)

The Application allows users to register customer details including Identity (Names), Contact (Phone/Email), and GPS coordinates of customer shops to facilitate delivery and visit scheduling.

2. Use and Sharing of Data

The Company uses the collected information strictly to maintain the Service, manage sales orders, and provide analytical reports on employee performance and route efficiency. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your customers' data with any third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.

Because Maxi Sales is an enterprise business-to-business (B2B) application, end-users cannot directly delete their accounts from within the app.
