While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide personally identifiable information such as your Email, Full Name, Phone Number, and User IDs. Accounts are strictly provisioned and managed by the employer or enterprise administrator.

Live Tracking & Background Location

Our Application collects Precise Location Data to support advanced field sales operations and fleet management. This data is used for:

Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales representatives' routes during working hours to ensure high operational efficiency.
Attendance & Work Hours: Calculating official working hours and verifying visits to company clients.
Visit Duration: Measuring the time spent at each customer location to analyze productivity and service quality.
Route Optimization: Drawing historical routes on maps to improve future logistics and delivery paths.

Transparency & Control: Location data is collected in the background even when the app is closed or not in use, but only when the user explicitly starts the "Work Session/GPS Tracking" mode at the beginning of their shift. To ensure the user is always aware, a persistent notification is displayed in the Android status bar as long as tracking is active. The user can stop this collection at any time by ending their work session.

Camera Access & Photos

We access your device's Camera for:

Barcode & QR Scanning: To identify products and search inventory quickly.
Product Documentation: For capturing images related to sales orders or inventory items if required.

Device IDs & Notifications

We collect Device IDs (such as push notification tokens) exclusively to send essential administrative alerts, order updates, and system notifications directly to your device.

Customer Data (Third-Party Information)

The Application allows users to register customer details including Identity (Names), Contact (Phone/Email), and GPS coordinates of customer shops to facilitate delivery and visit scheduling.

2. Use and Sharing of Data

The Company uses the collected information strictly to maintain the Service, manage sales orders, and provide analytical reports on employee performance and route efficiency. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your customers' data with any third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.

3. Data Retention, Security & Deactivation

We use standard security measures, including data encryption in transit, to protect your information.

Account Deactivation & Data Retention for Business Purposes

Because Maxi Sales is an enterprise business-to-business (B2B) application, end-users cannot directly delete their accounts from within the app.

Account Deactivation: If a user wishes to stop using the system, they must contact their enterprise administrator to deactivate or archive their account.
Data Retention: For database integrity, financial compliance, and historical auditing, any personal data tied to official sales orders, invoices, or customer visits cannot be permanently deleted. This operational data is retained securely as part of the company's legitimate business records.
